Board of Directors
The Annual Membership meeting of the Broken Arrow Community Playhouse will be held at 7:00 p.m.,Tuesday June 2, 2020 location to be determined. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors has postponed the meeting from May to June in hopes that restrictions will be eased by then to allow for meeting in person. Should the restriction remain intact, we will arrange to meet via Zoom. This meeting is open to all members of the BACP family. This includes the following: anyone who is a current season subscriber; anyone who has contributed goods or services valued at $1000 or more annually to the Playhouse; anyone who has contributed $500 or more annually to the Playhouse; and anyone who has volunteered either onstage, backstage, on a working committee or as an usher at the Playhouse and attained two work credits within a calendar year and one per year thereafter.
Business to be covered at the meeting includes approval of the budget for the 41st 2020-2021 season, election of board members nominations for officers and updates to the bylaws. A copy of the proposed budget and proposed bylaws changes will be available via email after May 12, 2020.
